A bit about how I work + my job experience

 

I’m a UX Design leader who can effortlessly switch gears between enterprises and startups. With my background in developing cutting-edge AI products and resolving accessibility gaps on existing products, I've honed my skills and expertise across a range of industries.

Most recently, I’ve worked on AI-enabled tools, a new payments app, product-led growth initiatives, and our multi-app design system.

How I work

I pair with my colleagues to collect and delve deep into user insights, leveraging them to define problem statements, and then collaborating closely with product owners to develop concise and user-focused solutions. My iterative approach to design allows me to continuously refine my work, aligning it with the organization's objectives, all while validating ideas through data analysis and user testing.

By adopting an accessibility-forward approach and integrating WCAG standards into design systems and components, I ensure a seamless experience for everyone, empowering both designers and developers to adhere to the highest standards of accessibility.

What I’ve done

From crafting user access frameworks, to streamlining invoicing and payments tooling, and even creating user-friendly mobile apps for office navigation and space booking, I've consistently demonstrated my ability to tackle diverse challenges head-on. Through project-based work apps, I've empowered teams to achieve their goals efficiently with a dash of AI-powered efficiency

Currently, as the Director of User Experience at Filevine, I'm leading a talented team to drive user satisfaction, retention, and overall business success. Prior to this, I managed a UX team at JP Morgan Chase, where I focused on enhancing employee systems and tools. My previous experience also includes working on internal apps at Nationwide and mobile + web apps for Abercrombie & Fitch.
